Hello, my name is Sally Watson and I am a recovering people pleaser.I was never fully aware of how much of a people pleaser I was, until I started my coaching studies and diving into the world of personal development. I uncovered that I was a People Pleaser and that this is what led me to not knowing the true me. Not knowing who I am and what I want in my life. Looking back now, I can see that this was an Identity Crisis. I had just thought for so long that 'I simply didnt know what I wanted to be when I grew up'. Really, I didn't know myself.
