Lacie -Jade is a proud femme queer lesbian who has had her fair share of challenges not only in the wider community but in the lgbtiq community as well.

Often mistaken as a straight woman, men often become hostile when she has to correct them. Femme invisibility is a blessing in some ways and a curse in other ways.

Lacie-Jade has her own podcast, The Fat Collective. Lacier-Jade is an advocate for body positivity and likes nothing more than to remind people in marginalised bodies that they are beautiful and perfect just the way they are.
