The first half of this year has been full of stress let me tell you but as the second half begins, I'm going into it with a clear mind through some really uncomfortable introspection, some of which I share with you as to how I actually get it done. Also apologies about the fan I cut out as much as I could but its hot as hell right now. I hope by listening to this I can help someone on their journey to becoming a better person.
