We're dedicating this week's episode of Girls With Goals to the nurses and midwives of the INMO who went out on strike last week in the hopes of attaining pay parity. We wanted to hear their stories so we went to the picket lines to talk to them. We'll also hear from union officials about real ways the Government can come to the table and avert further action and two young nurses join us in studio to discuss the future of the profession and why they do what they do.
