In this episode, Folly Rob sits down with Madi Stone. Madi is in the planning stages of opening up a coffee shop in Northern Minnesota, so we decided it would be fun to do an episode early in the planning process to discuss everything that goes into planning the opening of a new shop. After opening, we will record another and talk about everything else involved.
