“I feel like I can breathe again…”

That’s the first thing Megan said to me when I asked her what working with me over the last 5 months has been like.

See, when Megan first hired me as her coach, she was undercharging, overworking, and struggling to balance her business with a newborn baby.

(Sound familiar?)

Additionally, she had built up a ton of business debt, and wasn’t sure how she was going to pay it off at the rate she was going.

Despite this, she knew an additional investment was the right move for her:

“Making an investment isn’t scary as long as you’re investing in the right thing.”

^Spoken like a true CEO.

-> As a result of Megan’s Laser-focus and tenacity, she paid off *ALL* of her business debt within 3 months of hiring me. <- 

When I asked how it felt to continue to invest in her business, even though she wasn’t able to pay herself from the profits, she said:

“If I want the business to be sustainable, I want the business to last… so to bleed it dry is not going to help either of us.”

Now, Megan gets clients steadily in her business and is able to pay herself a salary.

 (In fact, she surprised me at the beginning of this conversation by sharing that she closed a new client today, and has another call tomorrow!)
