Finally, for the month of May. Im going to challenge myself to ride 650km, to help raise awareness and a few bucks for Cystic Fibrosis (CF) a condition that I live with. I’ve also talked about it on a previous podcast episode, but I cant remember what one (Episode 31, according to my spreadsheet)

Also, my brainwave about the twitter name is a no go, because “LukeWhosTwitter” is allegedly taken on the blue bird.
