This pandemic has been an opportunity for me to purge. It has pushed me against the wall to face my reasons behind staying in a toxic situation; no more! I have been taking time confronting my feelings, my thoughts, and making big girl decisions to nurture my self-care.

It is time to PURGE! There is no time like the present to honor yourself. And let my journey be a reminder that no matter how many times you have tried to leave a toxic situation, you can do it again and succeed.
