Question #1: “What tips might you have for an evening emotional eater? I will do so well during the day, and then (BOOM) disaster/hunger strikes around 10 pm!”
Question #2: “What tips do you have for eating during grief? There are days I don’t want to eat something…even if it isn’t much or healthy…and there are days when I eat constantly and there are days when I just want to eat junk! Grief is new to my life so I am trying to learn so much in all parts of my life. Help!”
