In today's podcast episode, Robin Sharma shares the idea that leadership is not solely determined by one's title or position within a company or government.  True leadership is an approach and a way of being, rather than a title or status. He guides you through some "rules" for leadership, including the idea that the leader focuses on possibilities, delivers results, and is monomaniacally focused on a few things. 

Robin talks about the fact that most people live lives full of distractions and have lost their ability to think for themselves.

This is a great talk, and Robin Sharma is one of my favorite thought leaders.
