Everyone is focussed on trying to change their actions,
Without considering what it is about them that causes them to take certain actions in the first place.
Alcoholism, smoking, over-eating, working yourself until burn out, these things aren’t the problem.
They are symptoms of the real problem within us.
Men who don’t suffer from these challenges aren’t fighting the urge to do these things every day,
They never feel these urges in the first place!
Because that’s just not who they are.
