Diaphragmatic Breathing Exercise: Practice deep breathing exercises that specifically engage the diaphragm. Focus on breathing deeply into your abdomen, allowing your diaphragm to fully expand. You can do this by inhaling slowly through your nose, letting your abdomen rise, and then exhaling slowly through your mouth.
