One of the hardest things to do is to start something. I've taken a break from doing this podcast, but I'm working on getting back into the swing of things. If you don't do something you'll never get better at it or grow in any way. However, if you do a little bit each day then you'll get better, form habits, and get closer to reaching your goals. 

These are tough times were living in. With all of the issues we are currently facing one of the best things you can do is say something. By speaking up amongst your friends, peers, co-workers, & within the communities you are a part of you can make a difference. A lot of people doing little things can really add up to make a difference!
