Once every three months, I ask myself five questions. And I say, 

  • How well are we generating leads? 
  • How well are we converting on those leads?
  •  How well are we delivering what they bought?
  •  The fourth question is how well are we retaining them? 
  • And then the fifth is how well are we upselling? 

    • And then off of those, that's actually what makes a lot of decisions for the following three months.
