Harm reduction doesn’t mean don’t do drugs— it means having educating and empowering conversations that destigmatize substance use so that we can focus the conversation on how to reduce the negative impacts. For this reason we talk about how to administer Nasal Narcan (an anti-opioid overdose medication) and share some memories of our personal experiences.
