This week, on the podcast we are discussing how to navigate healing. So often when starting your healing journey in therapy you may be tempted to ask questions like, “Why is therapy taking so long?” or “I don’t feel like I am making any progress. Why isn’t it working yet?”, and the simple answer is it takes time. Healing is a journey, it's not a destination. We are continuously working on ourselves, learning our triggers, unlearning old habits, unpacking our big and little traumas and there is no time limit on that. It takes time to outgrown how far you've come, but you have to trust the process along the way. In this episode we are going to give you tools and tips to help you while you are on that journey. We want to normalize the importance of showing up, being patient with yourself, why it is so important to celebrate your wins along the way, and so much more! This is a good one, so sit back and vibe with us.
