A while ago I started networking on LinkedIn.  I started reaching out to people that seemed interesting and asked them if they wanted to chat.  Zach was one of those people.  A random message turned into a powerful relationship and a friendship.  I sat down with Zach and his business partner John to talk about how and why they started their creative shop.  They both had experience with freelance video and worked in a corporate setting after school.  They both realized there was a huge problem in the market and set out to fix that problem.
