One of our basic needs as humans is connection. Connection to others, connection to what we do and connection to ourselves. As a leader - you creating connection with those you lead will make a huge difference in their experience and the results that are created.

A simple and impactful way to create connection is by adapting your own communication style to theirs. Meet them where they are in a way that matters to them - and connection becomes easier.
