Today we sat down with local award winning and highly respect Chef Edward Lordman of Polonza Bistro located off Palafox in Downtown Pensacola, FL. He recently had the honor of winning Best of the Coast 2021, Best Up-And-Coming Chef, and has no plans on slowing down. He's currently one of the leaders of the new school era of chef's that are representing for Pensacola. We get into his up brining, he's passion for the culinary arts and where his inspiration and love for cooking arose from. We absolutely loved every minute learning and talking with him.
