Within the decision to level up (i.e. developing new skills, creating new relationships, believing new thoughts, elevating career / business, etc.) comes a decision to change. Often times - change isn't fully successful because you haven't gotten clear on your true readiness.

It's not a bad thing - it's just a useful thing to know. Because if you are clear on your readiness (or lack of) - you now have data to decide either how to get ready or choose to not make the change at all from a clear, clean place.
