On today’s episode, Coach Janae and  I want to talk about something incredibly important – our health and well-being. 

As we age, our bodies go through some changes, and it becomes even more crucial to prioritize our nutrition and supplementation. 

That's where these four superstars come into play: multi-vitamins, magnesium, GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), and fish oils. Let's break down why they're absolute game-changers for you.

  • Multi-Vitamins: Think of a multi-vitamin as your daily insurance policy. Even if you're eating a balanced diet, it can be challenging to get all the essential nutrients your body needs. Multi-vitamins fill those nutritional gaps, providing you with a wide range of vitamins and minerals. For women in their 40s, they can be particularly beneficial for supporting bone health, heart health, and boosting your immune system.

  • Magnesium: Magnesium is a true multitasker. It plays a role in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body! But why is it especially important as we age? Well, magnesium helps with muscle function, and as we get older, maintaining muscle mass becomes crucial for overall health.
