It has been reported that the R nought (Rt) value of Covid-19 has been steadily going down since the 31st August 2021. Unfortunately, ever since the borders and businesses are back open, people are not as cautious as they were before, in which has increased the value for Rt to a possible level of another wave of infections. Who is as fault here?
