Now more than ever Black women are owning their sexuality as they live in the fullness of their humanity. But, some Black men (and even some Black women) are not in support of this sexual liberation, and believes it is unbecoming of a woman.

Many workplaces have already been doing this, and we see America is now doing this, and that is making performative gestures to show they are for equity and equality, but let us be honest here sometimes discriminatory practices are necessary.
