How many different careers have you had? My guest, Fitha Dahana-Ellis, has had at least 3 careers in very different industries and is here to talk about her experience of navigating those major changes. With over 8 years of experience in the employment services and recruiting industry, Fitha also offers great insight into the job applicant screening process as well as advice for job seekers who are concerned about a gap in employment on their resume or for those who are currently forced to take a position in a different field because of lack of opportunities during the pandemic.
