JW is the president of Rayhons Financial and Investment Advisor Representative. JW grew up in Iowa with a Midwest work ethic and hometown values. Arizona has been his home since 1997 and he’s been serving financial clients since 1999. JW is married with four children. His wife, Tiffany, works with an understanding heart in the health field as a registered nurse. JW volunteers with Junior Achievement and enjoys coaching youth sports through multiple organizations including the YMCA, Boys & Girls Club, and Jr. Suns / Jr. NBA.

JW is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and has served on multiple community boards and committees over the past ten years.
