I am over COVID. I am over feeling worn out, irritable, lonely, stressed, and disconnected with those I love due to COVID burnout. I am over witnessing the toll COVID has taken on other people, damaging relationships, mental health, physical health, development, and connection. I am straight up over the word COVID. Join my colleague, Dr. Greg Seibert, LMFT, and I, Dr. Kimberly Murray, LMFT, as we unpack the damage COVID burnout has wreaked in all of our lives over the past 2 years, especially within our romantic partnerships.
