Episode 9 features Will Rossy an adventure and personal growth enthusiast, whose goal is to inspire millions to take on the businesses they have always dreamed of. Will was a finance student at McGill University with an original plan to go into investment banking. Fast forward into his internship, he realized this was not the life he wanted and felt he was on this path for the wrong reason. That is when Sprouht was developed. He created this platform to help inspire others to pursue the paths they have always dreamed of, but may have been a bit scared to do so. In our discussion, we touched upon the idea of being an entrepreneur and whether that is a skill that you are born with or developed over time. We live only one life, so why not live it the way you have imagined?
