I loved this chat, and so grateful to Natalie for coming on, so close after Tokyo 2020. Raw and emotional at times, coming to terms with a personally frustrating games, knowing she didn't achieve what she set out for. Some of the lessons she talks about in terms of being a girl and body weight etc are so important for athletes growing up.

Personally, her career to date has been amazing, and I can't wait to see her back at the Commonwealth Games 2022, and who knows, maybe even the Paris Olympics
