  4. Raw Vegetables — Vegetables are hard and crunchy, so they can be difficult to digest, so steaming or cooking your veggies will help.
  5. Water — Drink most of your water away from meals since this can dilute stomach juices and impair digestion.
  6. Eating smaller meals — Rather than eating these massive high, volume meals only a few times a day, eat smaller, more frequent meals.
  7. Fermented foods - Make sure you're adding fermented foods to your diet.
