Today I am breaking down my experience of running an event for the very first time.  The more I spoke about it, the more I realised how much I have to say so I have decided to break it up in to smaller episodes.  Today specifically I speak about the pre day ritual, tips for how to cope on the day and the aftermath.  Thank you so much for giving me to opportunity to share this all, I hope you have learnt a lot and have the confidence to now run your own event!
