At first I thought a body transformation was one that included a massive amount of fat loss and a restructuring of someones body composition (muscle, fat, definition, etc).


Then I ultimately learned what real transformation was, and how 99% of what is behind a fitness/health/body transformation takes place INSIDE a person.


In this episode, I go over what I consider to be the main 4 Phases of Transformation. These are what people experience during the process, and what sort of results they typically see when going through these phases.
