He works alongside other investors through syndication to acquire multifamily assets and is currently invested in 240 units as a General Partner.

 Brian Alfaro is the head of Investor Relations for blue oak capital carrying a background in foodservice operations as a multi-location retail business owner.  Brian’s real estate experience spans both residential and commercial real estate and now retains ownership interests in 240 multifamily units as a General Partner.
