I’m a 40 year old, freelance videographer, husband and father of two young boys. I’ve achieved a number of successes, but have also experienced spiralling lows (chronic anxiety, anorexia, depression, addiction). These episodes journal my current life as I seek self understanding, improvement and appreciation. It’s not fancy. I use an iPhone and speak from the heart.
