What are the by-laws of being a coon? As soon as a Black person even utters the desire to converse with “the other side” s/he is given the tainted label of “coon.” Is the Black community too quick to disown each other or is it done with good reason? Sometimes in order for effective order to take place, a conversation with the opposing party is necessary.
