Welcome back to the podcast, today Brene Brown is back with another one of her educational talks on shame and guilt.
In Episode 15 of my podcast, I had the privilege of spotlighting Brene Brown's newest publication, "Atlas of the Heart." For those who haven't had the opportunity to listen to that episode, I highly recommend checking it out.
Brene Brown is a research professor and author known for her work on shame, vulnerability, empathy, and courage. She received her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin, her Master's degree in Social Work and her Ph.D. in Social Work and Psychology from the University of Houston.
Brown's research on vulnerability and shame gained widespread attention after her 2010 TED Talk, "The Power of Vulnerability," went viral. She has since given several more TED Talks, written multiple best-selling books, and hosted a popular podcast called "Unlocking Us." Her work centers around helping people develop more resilient and wholehearted lives by embracing vulnerability and recognizing the power of empathy and connection.
In this episode, Brene Brown offers valuable insights into the complex emotions of shame and guilt and how they can impact our lives.
