Today we start a new series called "Dear Church". We'll be looking at the letters that Jesus wrote (during John's Revelation) to seven churches in Asia Minor. Today we look at the first letter written to the Church of Ephesus. Jesus commends the church for their hard work and perseverance, but rebukes them for forgetting that the church was their "first love". We discuss what it means to make the church your first love, and how we as Christians should examine the world  through the lens of Christ first, before anything else.
