EPI 013 - Are you afraid of your fears?
This is a very special episode for me, personally. Because my son told me I need to make
this episode and he provided me with the details of how we have been working on
his fears from past few months. So, this episode has all the details as to how
he overcame his fear.
Fear as we all know is not just about physical things like fear of height or closed
spaces. We all have many fears big and small in our minds that stops us from doing
many things in our day to day lives.
Instead of realizing these fears hold us back and we need to work on them, many of us deny their existence
as accepting fears would show weakness. The reality couldn’t be furthest from
this. The faster we accept and work on our fears the better our growth as
humans would be.
