Dream big, be patient and stay creative. My mother always says "Never despise small or humble beginnings." It's never too late or too early to add something to your career or workplace that could potentially benefit many more people than oneself.
Obo and Tima are back talking us through where they are now in their careers but, I think more importantly, where they aspire to be.
