On episode 124, we brought the incredible Alexandra Woodyer Sherron as a guest. Being a mining child who grew up around her father and some other mining legends, she managed to stay true to her roots and eventually became the CEO & President of a pure Gold & Silver mining royalty company - Empress Royalty Corp (EMPR.V).
With her we discussed her journey in the mining world and how it translated into where she is today. We touch on the subject of the false perception of mining that is stained with this "bad" image in this modern day, and the positive realities of the benefits of mining. During her investment banking career in London, she was Director Structured Financing and involved in the successful completion of over US$1.5 billion in financings for clients.
