Prioritize the time for your business: I’ll use her words, “ You’re building an empire you don’t have time to do anything else.” Honor your time that you spend on your business. Create time blocks to spend on certain tasks.

If you get behind, be gentle on yourself. Take hot baths and go on walks. Do something that your craving to do. It’s ok to step away.

At the beginning of your week make a list of priorities of what you need to complete by the end of it.

Listen to your body and know when you’ve had enough.
