In the early 1980s, several women were attacked in Minneapolis Minnesota & surrounding cities. Police were at a loss, as there was no physical evidence & no witnesses. However, oddly enough, they received help from the killer himself. After committing his crimes, the Paul Stephani would anonymously call 911 to report the attacks, using a high pitched & whiney tone that earned him the nickname “The Weepy Voiced Killer.” ***We have included the 911 audio from Paul Stephani at the end of the episode.
