Autumn Skye lives, breathes, and dreams art, and has done so since she was old enough to hold a pencil and reach for a piece of paper. Her childhood and early adult years were spent traveling the landscapes of both her wild Canadian backyard and distant international shores. Through her wanderlust she developed a deep reverence for the beauty of nature and the diversity of humanity, and continuously endeavors to translate this inspiration through her work.
As a self-taught artist she is forever a student of the intuitive, creative process. Autumn Skye perpetually explores and plays in many artistic mediums and modalities, from music to sculpture, cooking, event production, sewing, interior decorating, and jewelry making. However, her sustaining focus remains primarily in painting, and finds acrylic paints to offer the most freedom, luminosity, and versatility in her intuitive art-making. Her style gracefully weaves together refined realism, iconic imagery and symbolism, and subtle energetic geometries. She’s inspired by the beauty of this incredible planet, the potency of these extraordinary times, the mysteries of the cosmos, the resiliency of the human spirit, and the intricate connections between all facets of life.
Autumn Skye's meticulous and poignant paintings continue to gain expanding recognition, attracting audiences, collectors, and students from around the globe. She exhibits and teaches worldwide, and otherwise thrives and paints in the beautiful temperate-rainforest of coastal British Columbia, Canada. Considering herself immensely blessed to do what feeds her soul, she strives to support others through creative empowerment, the gift of beauty, and the perpetuation of inspiration.
“Art is both trivial and essential. Simply put, a painting is just colorful mud smeared on fabric; pretty and frivolous for our fickle amusement. Paradoxically, art also has the potential to move mountains. Art can heal emotional trauma, cure illness, bring renewed vitality, and cultivate joy. It can awaken and empower both the artist and viewer, connecting straight to the emotional subconscious. It can shine light on critical issues and be a grounding touchstone of beauty in an otherwise bleak landscape. It can start revolutions, shift paradigms, and present paths forward towards wholeness.” ~ Autumn Skye

Episode #23
Steve Farrell is co-founder and Worldwide Executive Director of Humanity's Team, a global non-profit organization based in Boulder, Colorado. The organization is focused on helping people throughout the world awaken to their deeper Self and the interconnectedness of everything in the Universe.
In the 1990s, years before Steve became involved with Humanity's Team, he co-founded and led two high growth technology companies based in Silicon Valley that were featured in the INC 500 and spanned the United States and Europe. During this period of his life, he was an officer in the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization and the Young Presidents’ Organization.
By all accounts, Steve was living the "good life." But when he felt a calling to play an active role in creating a consciousness movement that could help people across the globe connect more deeply with the Divine Truth of Oneness, and also consciously participate in creating a flourishing and awakened world, Steve followed his heart and left the "American Dream" behind.
What he found is the story of Humanity's Team. Steve is a member of the Evolutionary Leaders Circle and lives in Boulder, Colorado, with his wife Stephanie, their two teenage children, and their dog Sadie.
Humanity’s Team is on a mission to make conscious living pervasive worldwide by 2040. Everything they do and provide as an organization is for a singular purpose: to support people on their conscious journey so we can create a sustainable Earth and flourish at every level of life. In 2021, Humanity’s Team launched PACE—Planetary Awakening, Conscious Evolution—a project involving bold but necessary plans for the world over the next 20 years to bring human action into alignment with the profound understanding that the foundational truth of the Universe is that We Are All One.
Humanity’s Team is a spiritual organization that boldly and sincerely communicates the message of Oneness, conscious awareness, and Divine Nature. Oneness is understood and seen in terms of being in conscious relationship with ourselves, with one another, with humanity, with the animal kingdom, with the Earth, and with the entire Universe. To live from the knowing that we are interconnected, inter-dependent, eternal beings, brings healing, peace, harmony, and love to ourselves, to one another, to the planet, and to all of Life.
Humanity’s Team is the #1 Global Non-profit in Transformational Education, and an international spiritual movement. Being a non-profit, there is no focus on growing profits or satisfying shareholders, and 100% of all revenue goes toward supporting our work to try to create a better world for all and manifest flourishing at every level of life.

Dr. Nicola Dehlinger received her B.A. in International Health from Brown University in 1997 and graduated from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona in 2004. In her undergraduate and post-graduate years Dr. Nicola did extensive international travel looking at various psycho-social factors which affect personal health and healthcare delivery. Dr. Nicola also learned from local traditional healers about the impact of the community on individual health.
She is certified as a Reiki Master/Teacher in the traditional Usui system of Reiki and took classes in cranio-sacral therapy at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. During medical school she served as a Naturopathic Medical Assistant at an HIV wellness organization and also worked at a domestic violence shelter providing support to women and their children.
In 2006, Dr. Nicola moved to Durango, CO to co-found Open Sky, a wilderness therapy program for young adults and adolescents coping with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, disordered eating, substance abuse, failure to launch, and others. In her role as Wellness Director, she was the first to integrate naturopathic medicine into wilderness therapy and set a new standard of care for health and nutrition practices in therapeutic programs across the country. Dr. Nicola created a weekend designed to expose parents to wellness practices and learn how to effectively incorporate them into their already full lives. It was working at Open Sky that rekindled her interest in mental health-related issues and brought her back to the principle of actively connecting the mind and body as the key to healing.
Today, Dr. Nicola sees clients in her naturopathic medical practice in Durango. Her focus is working with clients on mental health issues – from insomnia to anxiety to eating issues. Dr. Nicola welcomes all patients, regardless of age or ailment, who are willing to invest in themselves. Raised and educated on the East Coast, Dr. Nicola relocated in 2000 and fell in love with the openness of the Southwest. It was in this part of the country that she learned how to rock climb and strengthened her passion for hiking, camping, and yoga. In her free time, if you can’t find her in the mountains, you will find her in the garden or the kitchen with her son. Episode #019
When Debra Silverman was just 20 years old, she met an astrologer who blew her mind and changed her world forever. She had officially been introduced to the world of Astrology. It was then that she realized the stars in her own world had aligned just right, and she had found her life’s purpose.
Debra went on to deeply study the mind and body, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Dance from York University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University.
Over the past 44 years of professional experience and private practice, she has specialized in helping thousands of individuals achieve emotional health and wisdom based on their unique personality and the four elements: water, air earth, and fire. Her work with families, individuals, and couples has her standing out in a sea of therapists and coaches.
While there is no “one size fits all” approach, Debra has developed a unique psychological-spiritual model, combining her expertise in Esoteric (soul-centered) Astrology with her extensive education in Psychology to help those going through major life changes, especially in crisis. She custom designs her therapeutic approach to each individual, using astrology and psychology as a magical healing combination.
What makes Debra different is not only her honest and direct style, but her fun and non-traditional way that she breathes new life into an ancient practice. Her goal is to connect with you on a deeper level and help you heal, while making you laugh and accepting you just as you are.
When she’s not helping you with your emotional health, she’s working on her own well-being. A self-proclaimed “yoga maniac,” Debra loves being with her son, meeting new people, and bringing everyone together. Her life’s work is to bring hope to the children.

She is a Flower Essence and Plant Spirit Healing Practitioner and Certified Akashic Records Reader. She also has a Master's degree in Organizational Financial Management and is a Certified Money Coach. She loves facilitating life-changing retreats in Mt Shasta [Bullium Puuyuk/Winnemem Wintu].
“The wisdom of Nature offers such an incredibly powerful mirror full of guidance for us to understand how the greatest healing comes when we reconnect with who we truly are. Over the past decade, I’ve seen in my own life and in my work with clients, that when people who are oriented towards helping the world become a better place get clear and aligned with their money, then money becomes a transformational tool for healing in the world.
Having always felt connected to Nature and the spiritual foundation of life, I also experienced a profoundly transformational shift in my relationship with money over the past decade. I share this work with people on the journey of understanding how the sacred power of money and conscious wisdom of Nature can help them fully embody their soul's purpose.”

Episode #015
Dr. Nasha Winters is licensed Naturopathic Doctor, a Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology, and the author of The Metabolic Approach to Cancer. Her personal experience with stage-4 cancer transformed her quest to save her own life, into a mission to support others on similar journeys. From survivor to physician to mentor, Dr. Nasha travels the world to explore integrative cancer clinics, vet cancer protocols for research projects, speak at conferences, and meet with colleagues to help them apply metabolic approaches with their patients.
From her work with thousands of cancer patients over the years, she has learned we need to listen deeply to the cells of the body (with labs, molecular profiling, tissue assays, epigenetic testing, etc.), and we need to metabolically support the body’s terrain (with oxidative therapy, therapeutic diet, stress reduction, and other therapies). When we do these things—the body can survive and thrive.
Dr. Nasha offers doctor-to-doctor consults as a way to support physicians who are working day in and day out to support their cancer patients. “There are so many nuances to implementing an integrative and metabolic approach with cancer patients. When we put our heads together, we can achieve better outcomes. I am here to guide clinicians to become masters of the metabolic approach.”
