We look at John 3:1-15, where Jesus tells Nicodemus that the wind blows where it wishes, meaning there is not always a true pattern or certainty to the Holy Spirit. Matt also teaches out of Numbers 21:7-9, looking at how God’s judgement is always paired with His mercy. Matt challenges us to put our hope fully in Jesus, orienting our lives around Him.
