Today's episode is about the Difference a plan can make in the early part of your career. Early on in life, I never really had a goal. I knew what a goal was, but never understood how to put it to good use. I'd always thought that if you worked hard, things would just work themselves out, but that's kinda like rowing a boat with no idea of where you're supposed to dock.
