Today I sit down with Mateo Jacque, a PhD student studying HPV-associated cancers in the Epidemiology department at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. I ask Mateo why they decided to pursue a PhD,  how they go about researching HPV-associated cancers, and how they stay a little stressed, but not too stressed, for optimal productivity.
