Bill Horan and Sarah Albertson shine the spotlight on Tara Silberg, a junior at the University of Delaware, who is originally from Jericho. She is the recipient of a special scholarship in a nationwide Epilepsy community for her constant work in the non-profit field, the president of the Student Awareness for Epilepsy club on her campus.
