This year is about building foundations and stability for ourselves so we can see through the subtifuge and seek out the pretenders. Clarity is the name of the game and with clarity comes epiphany.

Some call epiphanies, God breaking through. They are the a-ha moments that put us on a different track and bring new information to light. These moments of higher consciousness can be cultivated through meditation, but more importantly through study.

In order to increase our understanding we need to increase our knowledge and exercise our brains. Higher consciousness is accessed through our minds and is linked to our intuition, not our emotions. As our feelings are continually triggered, we need to learn how to calm our emotions so the truth can shine through.
