What was your first fandom? You probably remember it right away. Most of us experience our first fandom in our youth. That feeling of excitement as you anxiously await the fruition of your journey to obtain or participate in something larger than yourself is overwhelming as a child. If you've never "geeked out" over something you're missing out! Finding that fan community got a lot easier when we were kids with the rise of the internet. Shhh, we're around the age that experienced the first fan-driven message boards and chat rooms creating a much larger venue to share our experiences and to learn more about the subjects we love from people who also love that thing.
