In this first recording, I touch on the inspiration behind the name and its meaning for "Nuggets for Breakfast". I have experienced moments where getting food in your stomach was a small win. Who hasn't been put in a position where eating is the last thing you thought of?  You'll be able to see how these small wins have made the best differences on my outlook on life. This podcast will be raw, like no editing to make me more like-able.. I'll be vulnerable, I'll be real, and I'll be admitting my flaws and faults. It might not always be pretty, but I promise, we will grow and learn together.
