What happens when you remove mercy from people’s hearts? You don’t need to look very far to see examples of people committing heinous crimes against their fellow human beings. In times like these, it’s critical that we look at the example of the one who was sent as a mercy, the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings upon him), to teach us how to be merciful to each other.
